{Healthy Granola Bars}

My mom sent these to me on my mission and I LOVED them. On Wednesday I didn't have work so I took some time to make a batch and succumb to the munchies. They are super, super easy- make some this weekend!

Healthy Granola Bars

2 c Regular Oats
1 c Any Kind of Flour(we use oat)
1/2 c Brown Sugar
3/4 c Dried Cherries or Raisins
1/2 c Wheat Germ
1/2 t Salt
1/2 t Cinnamon
1/2 c Pecans or Walnuts
1/2 c Canola Oil
1/2 c Honey
1 Egg
2 t Vanilla

Mix all and place in 9x13 pan with wet hands. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. While still warm, cut in bars and when cool store in airtight container.
